| Description | Theft Abatement - Misdemeanor Level I A 4 hour program developed primarily for individuals who have been charged with a Shoplifting - Retail Theft related offense. Designed to enlighten participants concerning the values, attitudes and beliefs associated with theft related activity. Pre-registration is required.

| Important Enrollment Information 1 I understand that ALL FEES PAID ARE NONREFUNDABLE. 2 I understand that if I fail to appear or I am late for an assigned class I will forfeit the full registration fee. 3 I understand that I will not be admitted to the class when I have been drinking alcohol beverages or using drugs, or if my behavior is disruptive or inappropriate. 4 I understand that I will be dismissed from class if I am disruptive or display inappropriate behavior. Appropriate dress is required. Smoking is not permitted in the building. 5 In order to avoid a penalty for failure to attend, you must call the program at least five business days before the class is scheduled. The program may allow you to reschedule if you contact the program within 48 hours after a missed class, if you have a documented medical emergency or death in your immediate family, or if you are involved in a natural disaster.
